Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Viva Leotards! We’re excited to get your limited-edition leos to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship worldwide from Miami, Florida, USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout

International Shipping:

Rates vary by country and carrier, shown at checkout

Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Viva Leotards is not responsible for delays due to customs.

🛑 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Viva Leotards is not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize an error, email us immediately at support@vivaleos.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships!

🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on vivaleos.com to view your order status.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Viva Leotards is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with your household members or neighbors

Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages show as delivered a bit early)

Contact the carrier directly

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us at support@vivaleos.com — we’re happy to assist you with a claim or replacement where possible.
