Our Guarantee:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Viva purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return the item unworn and in perfect condition within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

The item must be shipped with its original tag attached and inside its original bag with the Viva logo. 

When returning an item, please include your contact details and the reason for the return. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse, so we recommend obtaining proof of shipping for your return.

Personalized garments and custom designs are non-returnable unless faulty. Please ensure that you order the correct size.

How to Return an Item:

To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend obtaining proof of shipping from the post office. This will allow you to file a claim if your item is lost during return shipping. VIVA Leotards is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit if they are sent via an untracked or non-guaranteed delivery service.
